SET UP METHODS

The set up operations cannot be performed during the public opening hours of the shopping centre. On days when the shopping centre is open to the public, the space shall be completely set up within the 08:30 a.m..

Below the methods to access the shopping centre in other time bands:

• from 06:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. by calling the mall surveillance service number - +39 366 8171568.

The temporary management of the display areas shall be strictly carried out within the spaces marked on the floor of the Shopping Centre. In this regard, we invite you to review the floorplan attached to the irrevocable proposal related to the display area.

The temporary managements of display area shall not be set up with structures that may obstruct the view to the Commercial Mall Operational Units of the Il Maestrale Centre.

The electric wires that will connect the temporary managements to electrical manholes (when present) shall be covered by special anti-slip ducts; the latter must be fixed to the floor only with double-sided adhesive (it is forbidden to use any other form of fastening including packaging tape).

DISASSEMBLY METHODS

The disassembly operations cannot be performed during the public opening hours of the shopping centre. The last day of temporary management at the shopping centre, the disassembly operations will begin at the public closing hours of the shopping centre and will continue for up to a maximum of 1 hour later.

Below the methods to access the Shopping Centre in other time bands:

• 60 minutes after the public closing hour until 06:00 a.m. of the first day after the public opening by filling out the appropriate form and bearing the costs of dedicated surveillance service;
• in the days of closure to the public until 06:00 a.m. of the first day after the opening to the public by written request with at least 12 hours in advance and bearing the costs of dedicated surveillance service.
